This study accepts strong inbound cases. Paid interviews are currently focused on the three active studies.
Study for established paid audience businesses
Which audience decision did your current numbers leave unresolved?
This study is for operators who recently had to decide what content, acquisition source, onboarding step, or retention action to change. It produces one decision memo, not a prediction, causal result, or ongoing product.
The behavior being examined
A real event comes before an offer.
Apply only if you can describe a specific decision from the past 90 days, such as:
- Choosing which content format or topic to produce more often.
- Deciding whether one acquisition source brings better customers.
- Changing onboarding because some customer cohorts retain differently.
- Selecting a retention intervention for a defined member segment.
General curiosity about analytics is not enough.
Not a fit
- No paid customers or meaningful operating history.
- No recent decision.
- Only a request for general analytics or a product demo.
- No authority to share the required data or act on the result.
Fixed scope offer
Operator Decision Memo
Within three business days of receiving usable data, you receive:
- 01One clearly stated operating decision.
- 02The evidence supporting and contradicting it.
- 03Attribution or join coverage, sample limitations, and unresolved facts.
- 04A compact comparison of the relevant cohorts, sources, or content groups.
- 05One next test when the evidence is descriptive rather than causal.
No dashboard, ongoing monitoring, content generation, or guarantee that a useful difference exists. If the agreed data cannot support the memo, the fee is refunded.
Minimum data
The smallest evidence set that can answer the question.
The exact checklist follows the decision, but normally includes:
- Relevant content, campaign, or acquisition source records.
- Customer or member lifecycle dates.
- Conversion or payment evidence where available.
- The operator’s existing comparison, spreadsheet, or platform report.
The strongest fits have meaningful paid history and at least two categories that can be compared.
What happens after delivery
The artifact is not the outcome.
Seven days later, I ask whether the memo entered the decision, what action changed, which evidence was challenged, and whether the same question occurred again.
Application
Tell me about the decision you’re working through
Takes approximately 4–6 minutes. Do not submit credentials or raw data.
I'll review the decision, who owns it, and whether the available records can answer the question.
